We provide a seamless shopping experience. When a product ships, you will receive a tracking number by email in order to track the shipment. Many of our products are shipped directly from the USA or Overseas, and so shipping may take from 12 to 25 days. You may order any of our products with confidence knowing that if you are not completely satisfied it may be returned within 60-days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling if charged). Need to replace a defective product or exchange it for something different? If for any reason you need to talk to our friendly customer service staff with regards to your order, please feel confident that we want to hear from you. Returns, replacement, and exchange are part of every business and we get it! We are here to serve you, so rest assured that we will not be offended as we want you to be happy :-) We value our long-term relationship with you. So yes, you can do everything online to handle any product issue, and you will receive email communication from us within 1 business day, but again, please do not hesitate to call us if you need to or have any questions. Please allow 1 to 3 minutes of wait time on average when calling.

For replacement of a defective product or an exchange with a different product, please do so within 60 days of purchase through the "Returns" menu. For defective products, we will issue a "Shipping Label" for a free pickup.

You can exchange a product with another product of lesser (and receive a credit), of equal value, or greater value (and pay the difference).
